Students are required to have a computer or tablet that has reliable internet access,
video camera and working speakers so that they may interact in the class.
Engagement will be monitored. Students are responsible for the performance of their own technology including audio volume,
video clarity, and internet connection. Smartphones are not recommended for this class. If you are not familiar with Zoom,
please head over to Zoom's help center for video tutorials.
If you register for three or more courses at one time, the fee is reduced to $30 a course......However, There is no charge for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox and Roach.

New Licensee Modules*
*(Newly Licensed Salespersons are required to complete four modules of Newly Licensed Salesperson Continuing Education (CE)
within the first 12 months of licensure. They will be required to attest on their first renewal application that they have
completed this coursework. In addition, newly licensed salesperson must complete additional hours as required by the Delaware
Real Estate Commission (depending when they acquired their license) from other approved course modules. Students may bring
a light snack or lunch to enjoy during the class.
Experienced Agent Modules*
*(During each licensure renewal period, licensees must complete 21 hours of continuing education (CE) in seven required modules.
Each module must be three hours in length. This means you MUST take one 3 hour course from each of the 7 modules.) Modules 1,2,4,5 and 7
are the only ones approved for Pennsylvania.
